Memberships
If you are not satisfied with your membership, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 2 pieces of member-only content. After 7 days, memberships are non-refundable but you may cancel future renewals at any time.
Donations
Donations made through "Donate what you like" are voluntary gifts and are non-refundable, except in cases of accidental duplicate payment — contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Reach us via the contact details on our homepage with your payment ID (visible in your account page or Razorpay receipt email).
